The Protectors of the Wood Adventure Series is an illustrated story of a group of teenagers who save the world from climate change.

Phoebe comes home from college to discover shocking changes threatening Middletown, her familiar childhood home. A gigantic corporations already owns many local businesses, and is threatening to destroy the lands, legends, and heritage of her family and friends.

Mysteries arise as Phoebe unravels the secrets in her small town, and realizes that they are connected to a global conflict. Deep in the marrow of her bones she feels that all her hopes are in danger of being lost. A powerful gem called Dreamstone appears at the heart of the mystery. They explore the forest together and find the secrets they have been seeking: Large and very rare Dreamstone crystals can inspire visions that help guide people through the crisis and turning points of their lives.

Together, Phoebe and her group of friends risk their lives to save the beautiful world around them called home.

The Protectors of the Wood Eco-Fiction Adventure Series is an illustrated story of a group of teenagers who save the world from climate change.

These teenagers find out who they are while dealing with the climate emergency and the conflicts that surround them in Middletown. The two main characters, Phoebe and Abby, work together to find solutions within their communities.

The story begins with Phoebe coming home from college and discovering shocking changes threatening Middletown. A gigantic corporation threatens to destroy the land, legends, and heritage of her family and friends.

Phoebe and Abby unravel the secrets in their small town, and realize that they are all connected to a global conflict. They feel that all their hopes are in danger of being lost. They discover that they have the unique gift of seeing visions through DreamStone, a gem found deep under the vast forest preserve.

While searching for the secrets of DreamStone and their identities, Phoebe and Abby risk their lives to save the beautiful world around them called home.

The two main characters of our series, Phoebe and Abby, are young adults that are struggling to find themselves and defend who they are through trials and tribulations.

Phoebe is a college environmental studies dropout who finds a mission in her hometown combatting climate change through community development.

Abby has been given a mission by her godmother who lives in the forest and represents a community burned out of their homes half a century ago. Together, they help each other and the community around them as they struggle to protect their land and heritage.
